Boomer runs Local View, KRVR’s two-hour airblock devoted to Riverview’s overflowing musical scene. She drinks too much, talks without thinking, has a past she’d rather get away from — and quickly becomes a favorite of Mitchell’s, which does not sit well with KRVR’s owner. She is both the target and catalyst for some major changes in Riverview’s music scene, thanks to an overblown DJ named Bobby Bands.
