When I first learned of fan fiction, I thought it was a neat thing. Little did I ever guess that Trevor and the gang would prove so popular that my groupies — as the West of Mars fans are fondly called — would begin writing fan fiction of their own. Best of all, the fiction began before any of these people read Trevor’s Song.
