Be sure to head over to my Instagram and see today’s post. It’s a mood. And, of course follow me.
So what’s on fire and what am I yowling “Burn it down” about?
Honestly, nothing important and everything stupid. Enough said. Let’s move on to the important stuff.
Today’s editing goal is to finish this edit today and get it back to the client and start the next, even before I type up my notes about this one.
On second thought, that’s not real wise. I like to do the notes as soon as possible, so I can catch any remaining inconsistencies and let the author know before they start on their revisions.
Really, what I need to do is start taking the time to type ’em up before I return the manuscript. Now THERE’s an idea.
(And you ask why I’m all “Burn it down” today?)
I set a writing goal last night that I wasn’t sure I was going to hit.
I blew past it.
That’s one good way to burn it down. I’m not arguing. And, as always when the words come easily, it’s great fun.

Not gonna lie. Your stuffing my Ko-fi will improve my mood. It’s rainy here and there’s stuff going on in the background and just UGH. Burn it down, friends. Burn. It. Down.
