My favorite activewear catalog is having a sale and I can’t choose which color fleece to buy… Tangerine, celadon, periwinkle, or citron. Such a rock-and-roll-inspired choice…
But in some happy and not-really-long awaited news, I have found the coveted Dethklok shirts. MyTeeSpot’s got ’em and I asked and yup, they’re officially licensed. Right now, this is the only shirt in stock, but the very nice Jeremy Barasch at MyTeeSpot told me that they are expecting more soon.
So now I can be the only girl on my block in a Dethklok shirt, after all. I’m just not sure what color fleece to put over it when I get cold…
(If you haven’t heard my rant about why you should make the effort to get only officially licensed merchandise, I’ll be glad to rant at a later date. Let’s just say it involves much, much more than making sure the proper people, who are often millionaires to begin with, get their cash.)

I’m leaning toward tangerine, actually. Is this a GMTA, or do you know me this well by now?br /br /And Coach Cowher didn’t quit. He retired. Big difference — the biggest being that he won’t take the Miami job, as was speculated. That’s a good thing ’cause it shows his integrity.

celedon – I’m partial to that, but if you want tangerine, go for it.br /br /Which reminds me of the days when I worked in a liquor store and some guy came in asking for “tangerine gin” which his wife told him to get. Sent him home with Tangueray — hope the wife was pleased. 🙂

I’ve never heard of Dethklok before. I see they’re a band but what do they play? Any songs I might recognize?

Dethklok is a cartoon band featured in the Adult Swim cartoon Metalocalpse. Ugh. I butchered the spelling; sorry. It’s this ten minute cartoon and it’s a hoot. br /br /It also has nothing to do with me and ShapeShifter. Which is both good and bad.

About the color – what color are your hair and eyes? I have a passion for red, but since I’m a redhead with green eyes, I tend to go for tangerine, green, and lavender. And black. Ever since I was a little girl, I’ve loved black, and it just wasn’t done back then, like it is today. I think it came from a comic book I used to read, where one of the characters was named Chili. She had red hair and wore a lot of black. Wish I could remember the name of that comic.

VERY dark brown hair and eyes. Almost black, both of them. So on the color palette,I’m an autumn. br /br /I love black and red. Can’t get enough of either color, although I try not to wear all-black; too cliched and like Trevor, I refuse to do the cliched thing. *wink*br /br /Not sure where Chili was from, but I know how to find out!
