It’s too good! It is! This week’s Booking Through Thursday question:
Do you read any author’s blogs? If so, are you looking for information on their next project? On the author personally? Something else?
Dude, you’re reading one now! This is an author’s blog! Unconventional as hell, but then again, so am I.
And yes, I read lots of authors’ blogs. Too darn many, most likely, but I’m hooked. I want to hear about their new releases. Publicity that works — and doesn’t. I want to be part of this fellowship called Authordom, and gosh darn it if I haven’t made some good friends along the way.
(and then we can mention the way people at conferences tend to recognize my name from comments left on their blogs — and the way I’ll recognize you guys when you come up to me, too. Comments are beautiful things. Be sure to leave some behind!)

I always read your blog. I may not always comment, but that’s usually cause I can’t think of anything to say. As to author blogs, my answer would probably be too many as well. 🙂

I lurk more than anything, but also love to read many authors blogs. Which of course, leads to reading their books. Haven’t got to Shapeshifter yet, but soon. 🙂

Author blogs — yup, I love ’em. Yours ROCKS! And I love checking out author Web sites for all kinds of ideas — promotion ideas, and design ideas. You gave me some great leads the other day, my friend, and I thank you! 😀

Hey you – yeah, I’m behind the times. I suffered from massive writers block with the poetry, so I decided to sit it out. I’ve been writing short stories though over on the Odds and Ends blog. I’m going to blogroll you so I can keep up. Other than prompt writers like myself, I don’t know any authors blogs to follow! (Present company excepted, of course!) I’ve been so busy trying to keep the inspiration to write, I never thought about publicity!
